Troubleshooting Tips
Most people have no problems
at all logging in, but if you, not too worry, simply follow
these instructions to eliminate the common issues:
- Make sure you have the
latest (free) Java uploaded -
www.java.com
- Make sure you have the
latest version of your browser:
- PC users -
Upgrade to the latest version of Internet explorer.
If you still cannot log into the conference room,
download the free version of Firefox and try again.
Safari works as well

- MAC users -
most people will have Safari. If you have problems
logging in, try Firefox:

- If you require technical assistance at anytime
